01 Measure
We come to you with a laser measure, not a brochure. Every run is drawn to the millimetre before anything is cut.

03 Assemble

04 Fit

A kitchen takes 4 to 6 weeks from confirmed deposit to installation. A full condo renovation runs 8 to 12 weeks. Landed-house refurbishment is 3 to 5 months. Commercial fit-outs depend on scope but most are 4 to 10 weeks. You'll see live milestones in your progress portal.
30% on signing for residential, 20% for commercial. Progress payments at agreed milestones, never in advance of work done. The final 10% is held until you sign off the handover checklist.
12 months on workmanship for residential and commercial work. Hardware warranty matches the manufacturer, typically 2 years for Blum, Hettich and Häfele. Quartz and sintered stone tops are 10 years. You raise a defect via your portal or WhatsApp and we come back.

Yes, for commercial jobs and any work requiring submission. We're a CIDB-registered contractor and we handle all permits, submissions and CCC processes ourselves. You don't need to deal with the council.
